Pesto Quiche

This recipe was taken out of the Gilroy Garlic Festival: Garlic Lovers' Greatest Hits book. This particular recipe was from the 1981 festival. It was very easy to make and took about an hour of time. :)  I made this recipe for the girls in my office. It was a huge success!

This was a recipe chosen from "The Hamburger Cookbook" by Ethel Mayer published in 1981. It was fairly simple to make and made the apartment smell fantastic! The recipe follows the pictures! Enjoy!

Hello!

Welcome to my blog! I am very interested in cooking and have purchased a number of old cookbooks. My plan is to choose a random recipe, make it and upload my journey here for all to see! I plan to take pictures along the way to show the techniques I am learning.

I am new to blogging, but I am sure I will figure it out! The page is very plain right now but I will fancy it up as I learn my way around! I plan to post my first recipe this upcoming weekend!
